Do you realize that Jesus prayed for you? Now, what did He pray? One thing He prayed, the night of His arrest before Calvary, was this: “Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.”
This is God's great mission! Right before Jesus was arrested, brutally beaten and killed, He prayed for the lost. He prayed that people would come to know Him -to be in Heaven with Him one day. Are you praying for the lost too? If you're not, I would encourage you to start today! Make a list of ten people you know that need to hear about Jesus. And then faithfully pray for them by name each day.
